System 360 Model 85

IBM System 360 Model 85 Complex

The 360 Model 85 was a large machine that came late in the 360 model line. In some circuits it used the newer MST (Monolithic Systems Technology -- true integrated circuits) instead of SLT (Solid Logic Technology) that the early 360's had.

The remaining pictures on this page are taken from the Model 85 Functional Characteristics manual, first edition, 1967.
