The "Mod 135" was on the smaller end of the 370 scale. Not the smallest, but far from the biggest. In case you are wondering, the glass window is a door for a very large (8 inch) floppy disk that was used to load control programs.

A tag inside indicates that it was built in September, 1972.

Final electronics checkout prior to building the oak frame.


Here is the finished project. It's a great reminder of how commercial computing was done in the 1970's.
